Crackers and Jam

I loved this and had to share this closely guarded family recipe with you!

Hahaha!  At a recent breakfast gathering of cousins this recipe was submitted for entry into the family cookbook.  The first version of the cookbook (check it out here) is out and a second one is in the works.

It's not a complicated recipe and one that would lend itself to substitutions of preferred ingredients.
